SOAP & GLORY KICK ASS CONCEALER | BEAUTY PRODUCT REVIEW

I've only been wearing concealer for the past year or so and I haven't had any other then Soap & Glory's Kick Ass Concealer and (queue the cheesy line) I've never looked back since. I've been wearing this concealer for about 14 months now and I have only had to buy two pots so far which is great. As I was a concealer newbie, there were obvious mistakes that I made time and time again but whilst growing up a heck of a lot recently and taking care of my appearance so much more than I did before, as well as writing a beauty blog, I have come across a lot of tips and know-how to apply concealer properly.

This little pot is smaller than the size of my palm but when applied properly, it lasts a life time - my first pot lasted from May to October as I was rushing through it, but since having my concealer know-how my second pot has lasted from October up to now, and I'm still not finished with it yet.

I am very aware of the fact there are some concealers that costs an arm and an leg for the littlest pot but I love this concealer not only because it is affordable but because it has three concealers in one - an under eye highlghter, a facial concealer and a transparent setting powder - and the pot comes with a handy little guide telling you which to apply first. The first two are cream concealers and glide on like a dream, I was worried that it would clump and make my face look dry but it suits my skin perfectly. The shade I got was 'light' and the under eye highlighter is perfect for my dull looking eyes and doesn't highlight 'too much'. The face concealer is also perfect to apply and whilst being a little bit off my skin tone, blends in perfectly once being applied right. If I am completely honest, I'm not 100% sure what the powder does and if it even works - after applying I do see that it smooths the face concealer in the slightest bit - but apart from that, the rest of the product is amazing.

I love the fact that all it takes is a little bit on your finger to make blemishes and spots disappear, just blend it in and you're done! I'm in the habit when I am using it everyday (I am trying to get out of that habit ASAP) but at the moment, I just can't put it down!

Have you tried this product? If so, what did you think of it? Let me know either by commenting below or on twitter.
