CLASSIC CARMEX MOISTURISING LIP BALM REVIEW: EVERY GIRLS BEST FRIEND

Thousands of new beauty products are released every year and even though many of them are ground-breaking and will go on to be an important and popular product in the beauty world, sometimes there's just nothing like an old classic product the we know works. Putting Vaseline aside, Carmex is the 'go-to' lip product that a huge number of girls go to when cracked and sore lips are on the horizon, ad I for one, am one of those girls. It might not be the most attractive of packages, but it certainly does the job and has never let me down.

I don't what it is about summer that makes my lips dry, cracked and sore - the past couple of mornings I have woken up with painfully cracked lips just out of the blue, and as I haven't had this for a whilst I went on a hunt for my Carmex (I have moved back from university recently and can't remember where half of my stuff is but don't panic! I found it!). The great thing about Carmex is that you can feel it working - but first time users beware, I remember my first time using Carmex (I was 15 and in Ibiza - strange memory but lets carry on) and I was unaware of the sensation you feel in your lips. But nevertheless, it works!

This morning my lips from swollen, dry ad cracked to a lot less swollen, dry and cracked - and it also moisturises. The cracks are a lot less visible now and 100 times less painful! I will definitely be keeping this beside for the next couple of weeks whilst the sun is beaming - we're meant to have a heat wave soon, how exciting!
