I have only been using them for about 4/5 weeks and I know that it takes time for skin to repair, but I can already see and feel a difference. The wipes are alcohol free and includes natural almond oil and hydra IQ (hydrating ingrediant), which means that the wipes are kinder on skin and not only cleanses but hydrates. I can definitely feel this effect on my skin.
I only use facial wipes once a day - before I go to bed to remove makeup, or if I didn't wear makeup that day, just to freshen my face - as I've heard that it's bad for your skin to use facial wipes morning and night, and washing or cleansing your face in the morning removes all the natural oils your skin produces whilst your sleeping - I just splash my face with water in the morning to hydrate my skin.
I can feel that these wipes completely remove all traces of makeup and they even remove waterproof mascara. My skin doesn't feel awfully dry after using them (which the Tesco's wipes did) meaning that the Hydra IQ is doing its job! I could immediately feel the difference between these wipes and the Tesco's ones even by touch as the Nivea wipes were so much more thicker and they are less 'wet' then my old ones.
I'm not saying that the Tesco's wipes are rubbish, like I said some people, even beauty experts say that some supermarket branded facial wipes are sometimes kinder to the skin (it obviously depends on the ingredients they use), but for me and my sensitive skin, they weren't suitable.
The dry skin on my forehead is slowly fading away and so is the red marks on my cheeks.. just waiting for redness-free, hydrated skin! I'll keep you updated!
