July has been a good month: I have been blogging properly and starting up a fan base (thanks guys) and I have also come across some amazing products which I have either blogged and reviewed, or blogged and wished. This post is the latter. There has been some very exciting news in the beauty world this July which obviously means that bloggers such as I are queueing up to purchase the new kids on the block. Here's my August wish list.
MAC Showstopper Eye Shadow #4: Like most of you, I have wanted to own something 'MAC' for a very long time and I have been eyeing up their collection for a long time looking at each and every item, and as someone who is a big fan of eye shadow and experimenting, I thought why not than yearn to get a high quality eye shadow. Anyone got a spare £30 floating around?
Moroccanoil Treatment: One of my family friends works in a hairdressers and was giving words of wisdom to my aunt on how to repair damaged and dry hair and recommended Morocconoil hair treatment oil. She explained how that even though it is called an 'oil' it is not particularly oily and how one small 25ml bottle has lasted her months and months even though she uses it every day. This will probably be next on my list of things to buy as her hair was extremely soft and in brilliant condition.
Models Own Sweetshop Nail Range: As you may have been able to tell by one of my recent posts, I was extremely excited to hear that Models Own has brought out a sweet-scented nail range in 5 gorgeous colours and smells. That's enough said for me, I want now!
LUSH Catastrophic Cosmetic Fresh Face Mask: I am not normally someone who uses face masks but after reading a number of blog posts reviewing this product (and singing it's praises) I really want to give it a go. Years and years ago I did try a chocolate LUSH face mask but as it was so long ago, I can't really remember it much. The smell is said to be fresh and refreshing and I cannot wait to try this out.
bareMinerals Purely Nourishing Cream: I have recently purchased bareMinerals Foundation Primer (from July's wish list) and I am completely in love. My skin is extremely sensitive and I have been drawn so wearing skin products that contain as many minerals in as possible (especially my trusty mineral foundation powder). Because at one stage, my skin was so bad and sensitive, my current moisturiser of choice is aqueous cream from Superdrug, but I am now being brave and changing my trusty moisturiser! Let's hope it is as good as I am hoping.
Prada Candy l'eau Perfume: Last month was Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream, this month is Prada, one reason being simply 'to own something Prada', another reason being is that is smells damn good! I walked into my local Boots and there were three options of Prada's Candy range but I fell completely in love in Candy l'eau as it was the most daintiest of scents, yet there was something captivating about it that made me want to buy it there and then. Unfortunately, my bank account wasn't having the same thoughts.
Christian Louboutin's Nail Varnish Range: Does this really need any words? One of the biggest shoe designers in the world is launching a nail polish range - no biggie. Actually, extreme biggie! And that explains the price as well as selling at a whopping £36 (for nail polish?!). It's every girls dream to own something 'Louboutin' and now this new range makes it so much more affordable.
